Commercial Use Licence

By purchasing and downloading these digital files, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the designs under the following terms.

Permitted Uses

You may:

• use the files for personal projects;

• use the files for small business commercial purposes;

• create physical end products for sale, such as greeting cards, stickers, mugs, apparel, prints, invitations, scrapbooking items, and other handmade products;

• incorporate the designs into your own original creations.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• resell, redistribute, share, or give away the digital files in their original or modified form;

• claim the artwork as your own;

• upload the files to any website, marketplace, cloud storage, or file-sharing service where others may access or download them;

• sell the files as standalone digital products;

• include the files in freebies, bundles, templates, or print-on-demand products whose main value comes from the artwork itself;

• use the designs in a way that allows third parties to extract, copy, or reuse them;

• register the designs, or any modified version of them, as trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.

Print-on-Demand Restrictions

The use of these designs on print-on-demand platforms (such as Printify, Printful, Redbubble, Society6, Zazzle, or similar services) is prohibited unless prior written permission has been obtained from the Artist.

Intellectual Property

All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Isabelle Berthier. Purchasing a file does not transfer ownership of the artwork.
